Efund of money after cancelled train

Sir-

My train no-12966 had been canceled on 29/12/10.But my refund is still pending.

My eticket pnr no is 2542075043 and transaction id is 0272094673.I have communicated

so many persons on customer care and railway staff but they answered that it would be

refund after 90 days.

Kindly take necessary action to refund my money as early as possible.
