Sir, i tried to book railway reservation tickets through IRCTC e-ticketing facility on 29th of jan during the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done . when i checked my account on 29th of jan balance is showing less amount by Rs 790 . I request you to kindly in to the issue and credit back my amount to my account.
