Non refund of cancelled tickets due to cancellation of trains

I have booked by internet two tickets each from new delhi to jaipur vide pnr no. 2415350224 with date of journy 25th march and from jaipur to amritsar with date of journey 26th march vide pnr no. 2415352912.due to jatt agitation problem the trains were cancelled and I have travelled by bus. When enquired the railway enuiry staff told that the cancellation amount would be credited to my bank account from which I have paid the amount. Till now I waited expecting the payment and could not get the refund. Hence I request that the amount may please be refunded early credited to my SBI account.
