Online tatkal booking is very bad for comon man

Dear sir,

i am trying to booked a ticket from 2 days but i m not get booking a ticket some time accured errors and some time shows service unavailable. tatkal tiket booking service is start after 8a.m.before 2 days of journay date. but service unavialable at 8.00hr after that all ticket has booked.so pls help me and tell me what willl i do for booked a ticket in tatkal schem.it's happend not only with me i'ts happening with ever comon man . ever mango people (common man) no geting profit this service.
