Money Deducted without Issuing Ticket

Money deducted from SBI account (108451873) without issuing of ticket

My name is V.SRIDHARAN.. I have booked TWO tickets through irctc online booking on 18-08 for a journey from TIRUCHIRAPALLI Jn. to MAMBALAM (CHENNAI) for journey on on 07-09. I used SBI net Bankingb) for making payment. A total of Rs 280 Rs 10/ was deducted from my account but no PNR and e-ticket generated.. Transaction reference03799759 IG63230775. Hoever for the return journeyon 080911 the transaction wassuccesful and PNR & ticket delivered.

Kindly arrange to refund the amount for the vundelivered tkt and credit the same to my A/c with SBI HEK Trichy. Solicit your immediate action
