E-TICKET NOT GENERATED BUT PAIDED

Hello,

Today (31/08) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 14055 Brahmaputra mail from NEW TINSUKIA Jn to NEW JAIPAGURI boarding on 23/09 FOR 6 passengers. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI debit Card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

The money has been deducted from my SBI account 30362586850 Rs 4480/-.

Pls refund the money as early as possible.
