Inavlialblity of e-ticket

I was booking my e-ticket on 28 nov. 2011 from HTZ to ANVT two lower berths were booked . payment for Rs. 762 was made through debit car d but soon after the message played on the screen was " webpage has expired " How can I know the position of the e-ticket whether it is booked or not? If it is not booked then how can I get my money back to my account. THANKS
