Efund amount not received

I have booked a ticket with PNR 8417269030 with transaction id 0402392810 for an amount of Rs 1787.00 from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam's on 11-10 and the journey date was on 17-10.But because of Telangana issue at that time in Andhra pradesh the train was diverted in another route and because of which I was not able to board the train in Hyderabad, so i cancelled the ticket on 16-10.I got a refund of Rs.893.00 on 22-10.I filed a TDR on 16-10 with reference number ekt2011101603472169 but till date there is no update on the status of the refund. I have record of emails chain I have sent to know the status of the refund.can anyone help me in this regards
