Waiting list ticket amount not credited

HI,

On 26 of jan i had booked ticket which was in waiting list and did not get confirmed.

0437090304-transaction id ad PNR 4236844622 (WL CANCELLATION), but still the amount has not been credited into my account..

Please do the needful.
