Ticket not received but amount detected

I clicked pay in irctc web page for booking ticket from coimbatore to chennai on 20/03 by nilagri express, after clicking on pay igot an link = REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& but my amount had been detucted from my account and ticket not received
