Non receiving of shubh yatra cum SBI credit card

Hi I am Hiridesh Tiwari writing from Raipur, I have applied for Shubh yatra benefits through my IRCTC login & also for SBI Credit card registration with a payment made through card towards due formalities. My registration no. s 21202775396

Itz been almost 10 days now, have not received any call from irctc or shubh yatra side to confirm da same & further receiving of card etc. Helpline no. r also invalid thus casting doubts over their commitment & services.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER & MAKE IT AVAILABLE AT EARLIEST, My No. s already mentioned in registration form & further itz mentioned below too!
