Tried to book a ticket on line, money debited, but process failed

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai for the 2nd July and return for 8th July. Cash of Rs. 1620/- each was debited when I used my debit card. However I did not get a ticket as it said failure in the system. How and when will I get back Rs 3240
