KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE FOR REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS INTO CONCERNED SB ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THE E-MAILS SENT TO CARE@IRCTC.CO.IN ON THE RESPECTIVE DATES BY ME.
