Ticket not booked after debiting money from my HDFC account

Sir,

i was trying to book a ticket from howrah jn (hwh) to bhubaneswar (bbs) by BBS jan shatabdi train no 12073. i used HDFC netbanking to pay for the tickets (rs 1400 rs 11.23) transaction id :0530282305 . after debiting the amount from my bank account they show me that ticket not booked and settlement requested . they did not even give me the PNR no . how will i get an refund or get the pnr no . please do the needful.
