Account Debited (online- sbt) but ticket not issuedd

Today morning at 8 am I tried to reserve an e-ticket (Tatkal) from Chennai to Kollam Jn. twice. My account was debited (Rs. 415 415) both times, but ticket were not generated by the system due to some problem. Similarly at 9 pm also i tried to book a ticket from Kollam Jn. to Chennai, but my account was debited Rs. 335 and tickets were not issued, due to the above mentioned reason.

So I request you to credit the amount of Rs. 1165/- into my account No. 57064203084 maintained at State Bank of Travancore, T.Nagar Branch, Chennai, and also to give an explanation why the problem has occurred because i used to book tickets online frequently, and this is the first time i am facing a problem like this.
