IRCTC tatkal reservation isn't possible at all. Railway booking agents and online service agents like Makemytrip and Yatra blocking all the tickets using privilege access to irctc server. Each tatkal ticket they are selling for 300 extra to normal fare. These ppl are sucking common man's blood. Tatkal tickets are very easily available in these sites after 9.I suspect that is the reason behind blocking quickbook in IRCTC between 8 and 9. Check any online service between 8 to 9 the tatkal will be blocked between these timings. Clear case of fraud by IRCTC. railway ministry should take action against them
