Amount deducted but ticket not received

PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT RECEIVED

Respected sir/madam

I have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in at around 3 pm on 27 feb in mailaduturai exp, Train No.16232 (Mysore to Bangalore, Departure time: 3:45 am) from date of journey 27/02, with the name of 2 passengers, through INDIAN BANK Debit Card. The total fare of Rs 240 has been deducted from my Indian Bank account, but no ticket was shown. Payment is deducted from my bank. So kindly credit the amount back in my account.
