IRCTC.CO.IN (Online booking of railway)
Ailway e.ticket booking fail five time, but money debit from my debit card

I am gurpreet Singh and i tryed online booking for railway from "irctc.co.in" and "makemytrip.com" website for chandigarh to amritsar for train "durunto Chandigarh amritsar". I was make 5 failed attempt 16/11 and 17/11. All time my account debited but e.ticket reservation failed. Its horrible. why indian railway is not improve? it block my money 7 days according to website. and i am not confirmed my money will back in my account in future or not.

it shows error message all time same. Message given below:-

"due to technical issues your booking could not be made"

We recommend you try making the booking again"
