Irctc -eticket
Unaspected net disconnected when irctc was under processd

Dear Sir,

A eticket was eticket booked through internet from Durgapur to New Delhi. While it under payment process the net has been disconnected and Rs. 2025/- has been deducted from bank account vide SBI Ref. No. is IG70080228, but ticket has not provided to me.

Therefore requested that kindly make arrange to get refund Rs. 2025/- to my bank account or eticket at the earliest please.
