Non refund of TDR

Dear Sir,

I had filed TDR against PNR No.6433437784 on the same day i.e. the date of travel because the train was late by 16 hours. But my claim has not yet been settled even inspite of repeated emails and telephonic talk. Morethan 10 months has already elapsed. They always inform that the TDR claim limit has exceeded morethan 30 days.
