Cash not refund after cancellation the e-ticket

Dear Sir

I booked an e-ticket from Ratlam to Pune on September 29 and cancelled it on September 30 from IRCTC online booking using my PNB account. They deducted my amount on booking but didn't refund my amount after cancellation till today.
