Transaction ID is 0000463150 and your Trip ID is IRT0000613611.: Hotel booked for five days

I need to get in on 5/Dec and I canceled the booking at 4/Dec at 6:28:00 PM. I canceled the booking 30 hrs before, but they are saying you crossed the 24 hrs limit because you need to get in at 12:00 noon.

First of all I did not reached the hotel and I canceled booking before 24hrs, it would be considerable if they have applied rule-2 (retention of 1 day 300/- admin charges).

But retention for all five days is not considerable no where they did not mentioned whether get in time applies at noon or night.

Please take necessary actions.
