IRCTC on line reservation
Mony diducted without reservation done

I was trying to book ticket (from pipariya to ujjain) through IRCTC ON LINE BOOKING on 9/01 and 11/01 Both time mony deducted from my debit card, without successful booking of ticket.

Detail of both transaction.

(1) On 09/01 mony deducted from my PNB debit card rs.492/- at 07:06:02..I already complain to bank help line and they reply that this problem is from IRCTC.(from pipariya to ujjain)

(2) Today once again i use IRCTC on line reservation facility to book ticket (from ujjain to vadodara), and this time also my mony deducted from SBI debit card without successful transaction. Txn NO.201100526220 on 11/01 Rs.554.
