About Online reservation

Sir/Madam,

Today in morning between 8-8.30 i login into irctc site to booked ticket but it shows error service unavailable... I want to book Tatkal ticket and it is avalible only 150... within 15 minutes that will be WL... Due to IRCTC service its not possible to book ticket... because of very bad bad bad bad service of IRCTC... It will be happen always in morning... plz i want clarification about this... as early as possible...
