My self Saranjeet Singh working in Vishakapatnam. I need to fire a complain against Ticket Checker of Train No. 0866, Train Name: NZB VSKP SPECIA. I booked a Online Ticket for my friend from Secunderabad to Vishakhapatnam on 05/05 at 04:35 pm. PNR-Number 124-5875098. When I booked ticket it was waiting of 128 but after chart prepared it was 17. When my friend came to seat in the train, Ticket Checker did not allow her and said that there is no such ticket number with me and if you seat you have to pay 750 Rs. Is this fare? I need my money back also that TC is to punished for this, else I will fire complain to higher authorities.
