Efund of money for which reservation is not done

I booking e-ticket twice on 07 july 11 and at last stage the server got hanged they took the money but their was no information of if the ticket has been created or not. From my sbi debit card XXXXXXX0037 money detected rs 925 & 925 twice.at last once again i tried to book ticked it got booked . third time my ticket was booked.

But while checking the transation in sbi account all this was reflecting.
