Tdr file but sum not refunded

Dear sir

I have booked a ticket from i r ctc p n r no2417016077.

But train was more than three hour late and i didnot travelled.

Date of complaint is10/02.

But till now sum have not refunded.

Customer care saya that your reqest has bee forwarded to railway but we not received answer from railway

what can i do.

Pls solve my problem
