Irctc Railway Reservation
Money Deuducted From my account But ticket has not been booked

I booked a ticket. The transaction with happened

for the same and money has been deducted from my account. But It

showed failed to book the ticket. It has been more than a week but the money has not yet been credited back to my account. As per their requirement I sent a screenshot of my bank statement for deducted money still there is no response.

Please help me out for the same.
