Irctc refund
Not got the refund amount for cancellation of ticket

Hi,

I have cancelled the IRCTC ticket on 6th jun. The PNR number is 4441442666 to travel from bangalore to chennai on 8th June.

The refund status shows as refuned in the IRCTC site. But i didn't get the amount yet in my credit card. I have done the transaction through CITI bank to book the ticket. The Receipt number in IRCTC site is shown as IRCTC 7341-10062012062433. The amount is Rs. 435

Please help me on this.
