Dear Concern,

I was booked a Ticket from Patna (PNBE) TO Lucknow (LKO) for 30th Nov. Train late more then 3 hours, so i Claim TDR for full refund amount of Rs 498/- on 06th Dec out of which i have received only Rs. 249/- on 04th Feb. Rest Rs 249/- is still Pending.

For that amount i followed up several Time (09th Feb 11, 12th Feb 11, 14th Mar 30 March 5 April 25 April& 20th may but No revert from IRCTC & TDR department.
