No revise of waiting list

I have reserved for two e tickets from thiruchendur to mayiladuthurai two months ago. i was put in w/l no 10&11. but till now the update waiting list not published in net .how a long time the old w/l continues reply me immediatly. PNR NO 4334535743 .
