Non refund of Money

Dear Sir,

with reference to PNR no.2100727633, I want to inform you that till last minute in the railway reservation chart displayed out of 3 tickets of A R SINGH, Sushma singh and uma rani Singh, only one ticket of A R SINGH was confirmed. I had to send back my wife Sushma singh and mother Uma rani singh from New delhi Railway Station.only I could travel on that day causing lot of problems to them in reaching home. How Railways can say that Refund is not admissble.

Therefore you are requested to refund money of two tickets at the earliest without any further delay.
