IRCTC SHUBH YATRA
Amount of Rs.331/- deducted from my account for renewal of Shubh Yatra Membership

Dear Sir,

My Shubhyatra Loyalty Membership is 21044500533.I had tried to renew my Shubhyatra Loyalty Membership on 24-8 online through Netbanking from my Axis Bank account. An amount of Rs.331/- was deducted on 24-8, but my membership was not renewed.

Since then I have written several mails to shubhyatra@irctc.co.in to refund my amount of Rs.331/-, for the failed transcation. I got a reply from them that the amount will be refunded within 3-5 days, but it is almost 15 days, my amount has not been refunded. Now they have stopped replying to my mail.

I got my account renewed by paying the amount again on 4/9, but this refund of 24-8 is still awaited.

I shall be very thankful to you if you please look into the matter and get the amount of Rs.331/- refunded.
