TDR Filed in Dec But Refund not yet done

I have filed TDR of IRCTC on 02.12.2009 due to passengers not travelled. The PNR number of the Ticket was 6334777217 and the Journey date was 01.12. Class 2 nd. AC, Train name Coromondal Express (Train no. 2841).

But till date (05.06.10) no refund has been made. I also E-mail tdrprocess@irctc.co.in two times, also send a letter to the director, but no result yet. So I requesting IRCTC & Rail to refund my amount.
