IRCTC website performance is utter waste in morning times

Dear sir,

I am a regular user of IRCTC..

I am observing some performance related issues in www.irctc.co.in website especially in the morning times (mostly between 8am -9 am).

Some times the site does not even open. I tried to book Tatkal train ticket.

But it failed ..and started depending on ticket broaker which they charge double of actual ticket fare. Please provide proper service to the users of irctc.

so that they will not depend on "Train ticket broakers" for tickets.

Hope you understand the problem. This is not a single person experience . i have heard the same complaint from many. I request you to please provide better service to the indian railway users.
