Not received policy document of car insurance

In the month of January I have deposited an a/c payee cheque amounting Rs 4050/- in the name of Bajaj Allianz for renewal of my car insurance. Every time I am ringing, false commitment is given to me. Till date I am not getting the policy document. Before going to police, I request you to resolve the issue.

Last to last year I have given cheque to the same agent working for bajaj allianz.
