Money debited without Air ticket information

I am a franchisee of ITZ cash. I got two transaction failures on dated: 16-12. Details are given below:

I had already raised this issue to ITZ that i am getting online transaction failures and get money misrouted.

In reply they are simply denying their fault and telling me that tickets were issued to me. But i hadn't received any mail from them ever regarding tickets. They are trapping me on my money and saying do what ever you wanna we will not refund your money. I am attaching the screenshot of error.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
