Rs. 50, 000 Cash stolen from checked-in Baggage

I flown from Mumbai to Delhi on June 1 by Jetairways flight No. 9W 311 and checked in my briefcase having a packet of Rs. 100, 000. After reaching Delhi and at my home in Noida I found that Rs. 50, 000 cash (a Rs. 500 bundle of 100 notes) is missing from briefcase. I don't know how to and whom to complain for any possible recovery.
