Refund of money

I had booked my travel from Delhi to Bangalore on 21st Feb. I got a call from Jet lite late night on 20th Feb stating the the flight is canceleed due to operational reasons and i asked for refund of my money.

I have written 5 to 6 reminder mails to Jet lite till date and called up many times of customer service for my refund of Rs 4972 and evertime they tell that the refund is pending with their bank and the concerned department will get back soon. but it is more then a month now and i have not got any call or refund of my money.

At this point of time i am feel extremely bad and being cheated by Jet airways. Never expected such a big organizantion to cheat with customers.

I request for justice. Please help me.
