Ill-treatmentment by Jetlite Manage

I was travelling by Jetlite Flight 124 to Delhi on 1st of July'11.
All the passengers kept waiting at the airport for 2hrs and then we get to know that the flight has got canceled due to TECHNICAL FAULT. and this was the second time it has happened to me with Jetlite.
All the passengers were then asked to shift to SpiceJet, which I really appreciated. Atleast they were trying to do their best to ensure that passengers do not suffer much.
However, In the meanwhile I had a word with their manager Mr. NILJOY (Ahmedabad Airport - Jetlite) and this... Manager took out his frustration on me for no reason. I understand that lot of people had had an heated arguement with him but this is no way of treating your customer. All i asked him was since you will be issuing a new boarding pass for Spicejet kibdly ensure that i can get same seat number, as i had a Window seat on the Jetlite flight.
And Mr. Niljoy started abusing and I said I would rather get my flight canceled because this was no way of treating a passenger. He SNATCHED my boarding
pass and gave it to his colleague. His treatment was just not fair even after all what a passenger had been through.
I sincerely now want to file a complaint against this manager.
This is the fourth time that I have faced a prob with Jetlite. I am NEVER EVER travelling by JETLITE again.
