I booked 18 passengers thru MMT flying date 11/08. cancelled all the tickets on 9/08 because Leh wasn't reacheable as it was flooded.

MMT refunded 16 tickets and 2 tickets were not refunded in my account details are here,

After more than 100 calls I made and countless e-mails still they are enable to locate said refund... everytime either their seniors will not come on phone or applozise. With false promises they will esclate the issue.

Who can help me. I would very much like that MMT won't charge me any cancellation on these 2 tickets.
