Pest Control

There are hundreds of cockroachs & insects in the train and it is really very difficult to sit comfortably in 3AC compartment of the train. I travel frequently from this train & I have never seen any pest control group working for that. Also train support staff is not willing to provide any complaint register/feedback form.

We are paying a huge amount of money for our comfort but still we are not comfortable while travelling.
