Service is very very very very (Countless) bad. Whenever I called the agency for cylinder booking, it is very difficult to get the line, always lines will be busy. I request IOC to look in to the matter & solve it. The service is very bad! These people never pick the incoming phones calls! everytime you call, the phone is busy! I mean... come on... are they running a call centre or what? Even the staff members do not respect the customers and cannot even perform basic duties such as answer customer`s queries patiently, taking new refilling bookings & providing clear information to customers. Everytime you call, the phone is busy! i mean... come on... are they running a call centre or what?!?!

Even the staff members do not respect the customers and cannot even perform basic duties such as answer customer`s queries patiently, taking new refilling bookings, providing clear information to customers. Every staff member looks so frustrated! it makes me wonder if they all are getting paid or not!
