Phone always busy

The service of Kalpana Gas Agencies is very bad. Whenever we are calling, we are getting a recorded message as the lines are busy.

I have been trying and trying but the same message iam getting and in between if it rings, nobody lifts the phone.

this is one of the worst services they have. i would suggest them atleast to have online bookings so that nobody can disturb them.
