No proper service of cylinde

Dear sir,

This is regarding problem in supplying the GAS cylinder. We are the customer of KALPANA GAS (Indane gas) Vijayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka holding 2 cylinder gas.

Consumer no: 27079

I had booked cylinder on 16th Jan at 3:45 PM. The IVRS booked reference no is 28. But till now i didn't get supply of cylinder and i tried to contact through the telephone numbers which are given in the previous bill (8 phone nos). In those phone numbers 4 numbers does not exists, 2 numbers will be always busy and for 2 numbers no response.

When i contacted the customer care they said we'll checkout and after contacting many times finally after few days i got a cylinder with out bill. Even the response was very bad from the customer care people.

"Especilly very importent matter is that when i intimated for the gas leakage they didn't respond properly and till now they didn't even contact us, some phone numbers out of 4 numbers are not working. This is very serious matter."

I contacted the area manager Mr. Peter (9449596916) he refered me some other person Mr. Kaneel kumar (9448289969) even though after i contacted him he said we'll take care of this but till now they didn't.

Many customers are facing the same problem.

kindly i request you people to take care of this situation.

Please do me the needful.

The customer care people does not care for our concern and many times they don't even receive the phone (Especially today 27/01/10).
