Regarding poor service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have left my bajaj pulsar for service on 09.04.2011 (last saturday) for some complaints and change of spares and they said that the vechicle can be delivered only on 11.04.2011 (monday evening 6.30pm) and i said ok, but till now (i.e) 14.04.2011 (11.00am) the vehicle is not delivered, so i called the work shop and enquired about the vechicle and they are simply saying that today evening only the vechicle will be delivered.

On saturday the complaint's were attended only by the "work shop manager" and even though problem was not yet cleared.
