No refund .. poor customer service by both

I had booked 3 tickets on the Mumbai-Delhi-Shimla sector for 17the sep.. using yatra.com. REF NO. YN4WGO.. the delhi shimla sector which happened to be on Kingfisher red IT4349 got cancelled. They actually made us wait for 4 hours at the airport before telling us that the they have decided to cancel the flight.
instead of paying us a compensation or putting us on another flight they asked to talk to YATRA and get a refund. Since then i have been chasing them for my refund. after two days they are asking me to now go to kingfisher and get the ticket stamped with the cancelled amount and send them the scanned copy back.
This is the level of service. For a ticket that they booked.. now i need to be co-ordinating between them and kingfisher. this is horrible level of service and even after 4 days i still dont know my refund amount.

I paid 24000 for the tickets and then had to shell another 9000 to travel by road to SHIMLA because they just refused to help us at all.
I work for the Times of India group and it is not very difficult to raise such issues through the print but then thats the final step i guess.
