150/60R17 - MRF REVZ TYRE
Tyre blow out

Its a motorcycle tyre for KTM DUKE 200 and it has only done 730 km - it just blew out when i was slowing down, it happened on the highway in the night, it has an opening of 1 inch on the crown of the tyre. I managed to push the bike to a tyre repair shop and repaired it temporarily just to take me home. When I complained to PRO BIKING they told me they will get the MRF guy to look at it, on 29/03 they only took the photos and told me that the professionals will look at it send a reply It is amazing that a tyre complaint is not inspected by a qualified person PHYSICALLY and with out getting the history of the damage, but BY JUST LOOKING AT THE PHOTO'S they know what has caused the damage its ridiculous. Its today 10/04, almost 13 days from the complaint and I still don't have any answer from MRF nor PRO BIKING the bike is just parked.

KTM YOU ARE NOT DOING US ANY FAVORS BY GIVING US A VERY GOOD AND CHEAP BIKE WITH THESE TYPE OF TYRES AND HEADACHES.

IT IS VERY VERY SHAMEFUL FOR MRF WHICH ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHICH IS TAKING FOREVER TO SOLVING A CLAIM, SPECIALLY FOR BIKE TYRES WHERE THERE ARE NO SPARE TYRE FOR PEOPLE TO WAIT. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

FOR SURE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY MRF TYRE FOR MY CARS NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.
