Maruti wagon r tyre change

Dear Sir,

This is Mr. Mukesh Badaya, I purchased a wagon-r (RJ14CE4666) from K P automotives on 15 Jan 08 Jaipur since than for the servicing the wagonr I am usuing the services of otherwise service center of Maruti that is K P automotive service center situated RIICO industrial Area Mansarovar.

This time I gave my car for servicing on 7thAug’10 morning and received back in the evening of same date (job card number- JC10011017). After reaching at home my notice that 2 tyres of my car are not mine (have been change) that timing of this incident was around 8PM so I made the call to the service center (workshop) on 8th Aug10 morning and some Mr Swami attendant my phone and I told him whole story. He said you check the serial number which is printed on every tyres, should be same I check the tyre number and found that two tyre number not in order so again made a call to him he said pls immediately come to workshop then we will check I went to the workshop but they are not accepting there mistake.
