LOST DOCUMENT, CONSIGNMENT GOT DAMAGED

Dear Sir,

We are one of your regular customers at Ludhiana. For the past so many years we are availing your documents and cargo delivery services. Offlate it has been observed that your services level has deterioted which is putting us in a lot of inconvenience. I am citing below couple of examples for your assessment and understanding your service level and the reality vis-a-vis your claimed vision:

1. Consignment no. I06290443 Dt.13.08.2010. From Ludhiana to Kolkata. Consignement was untraceable and after a lot of follow up with your Ludhiana office we were informed on 22nd September that its lost. Packet was containg appointments letters.

2. Consignment no. I06295634 Dt. 04.09. from Ludhiana to Varanasi, delivered on 08.09.2010. Consignment was delivered in damaged condition. Most of the packs of our products and sales promotional material like water jugs were found broken inside. The carton itself from the outside was almost smashed.

3. Consignment no. I06295341 Dt. 04. 09. from Ludhiana to Guwahati, delivered on 16.09.2010. Consignment was delivered in damaged condition (photographs attached). Most of the packs of our products and sales promotional material got crumbled and broke.

I will request you to look into these callousness and unsatisfactory level of services. You will agree that deficiency in services at your end is impacting us hard and adversely affecting our operation. Kindly also let us know if you can assure us desired level of services or we should look out for some other service provider.
